The Protocol
This is leadership training.
  • Mission Deck: The silent challenge.
  • Ritual Keys: The talking cards (before & after).
Step 2
The 3 Core Rules
  1. Stealth Mode is Law. (Absolute Silence). Penalty when broken.
  2. The Squad is the Judge. (You decide success)
  3. Safety sign is arms in an "X" and walk away. (Self-protection)

First Mission
Assemble into your squads.
Find the "Secret Handshake" Mission Card in your kit.
You have the full session to complete it.

Daily Protocol (The Pack)

Your Goal: Be a safe and helpful teammate.
Success: We feel more connected as a team.
1. Setup
Draw a BLUE Key
Review rules with teacher as needed.
Captain reads the Setup Key.
Everyone in the squad answers the question.
2. Mission
Stealth Mode ON
Listen for today's mission.
Attempt it in absolute silence.
3. Debrief
Draw a RED Key
Stealth Mode is OFF.
Leader reads the Debrief Key. Talk about what happened.
4. Dismiss
Protocol Complete
Put your Squad Kit away neatly.

Daily Protocol (The Crew)

Your Goal: Help my squad work together as a single unit.
Success: Our squad feels more connected as a team.
1. Setup
Draw a BLUE Key
Review rules with teacher as needed.
Leader draws and runs the pre-mission strategy talk.
2. Mission
Stealth Mode ON
Your crew chooses a Mission Card.
Choose one or more Mods to make it harder.
Attempt it in absolute silence.
3. Debrief
Draw a RED Key
Stealth Mode is OFF.
Leader draws and runs the after-action report.
4. Dismiss
Protocol Complete
Put your Squad Kit away. If you finished early, enter Spy Mode.

Championship Day

Your Goal: Compete with focus and respect for my squad.
Success: Our squad celebrated the winners and supported everyone who played.
1. Setup
Final Strategy
Use a Setup Key to prepare your squad for the final competition.
2. Vote
Choose Your Arena
Your squad must silently vote on your favorite Arena or Lab mission to compete in.
3. Compete
Squad Tournament
Run an internal tournament or time trial for your chosen mission. Find your squad's champion!
4. Debrief
Sportsmanship
Debrief with The Ally Key or The Bounce Key.

Graduation Day

Your Goal: Reflect on our squad's journey.
Success Looks Like: Our squad performed its final handshake and shared memories of becoming a team.
